# Company Webhook Payload

Both company webhooks send the company itself as the payload. The same object appears as `buyer` in order payloads and as `company` on a [Person](https://docs.salesbricks.com/api-reference/webhooks/person/payload.md).

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| `id` | Salesbricks ID of the company. |
| `name` | The company's name. |
| `external_id` | The company's ID in your own system, if one has been set. Otherwise `null`. |
| `address` | The company's address, or `null`. See [Address](https://docs.salesbricks.com/api-reference/webhooks/schemas.md#address). |
| `is_partner` | Always `false` in company webhooks, which are not sent for partner companies. Elsewhere, such as an order's `buyer`, `true` marks a company that is a [partner](https://docs.salesbricks.com/partners/overview.md#how-partners-work), a reseller you invoice, whether it appears as the billed party on a partner-billed order or as the buyer on its own direct order. |
| `webhook_run_id` | Salesbricks ID of this webhook run. |
