# person.updated

## Purpose

The `person.updated` webhook is triggered when a **Person**'s email, first name or last name changes, or when they are moved to a different company.

Contacts at partner companies send this event too. `company.is_partner` tells them apart, except on the events sent while the partner is first being created, when it is still `false`.

## Payload format

Your configured endpoint will receive a [Person](https://docs.salesbricks.com/api-reference/webhooks/person/payload.md) payload with the person's current details.
